This course is designed to meet the NFPA 99 and ASSE standards calling for medical gas professionals to receive a 4 hour update course before renewing their credentials every three years.  This course is applicable for ASSE 6005, 6010, 6020, 6030, 6040 as well as Florida Medical Gas Installer* and Winn’s CE national private Medical Gas Maintenance certifications.

This course is also approved for 0.40 CEU credits (Preferred Provider) by the International Code Council, Course #22110.

*If you have a Florida Medical Gas Installation card issued by another provider, we will be happy to help with your renewal.  E-mail us a copy of your previous Med Gas card so we may address the correct code update and brazing renewal based on your situation.

This course covers the 2018 edition of NFPA 99 (for Florida).  The newer 2021 edition is also available (for national ASSE).

This course is completely online, so you may proceed on your schedule and return as many times as necessary.

This course consists of videos, review questions answered in the course, as well as an online discussion forum.

Before beginning this course, we strongly urge you to obtain a copy of the NFPA 99 (2018 Edition) which may be ordered directly from the National Fire Protection Association.
