Payment Options
The following payment methods are available:
- Major Credit or Debit Cards: Your reservation is confirmed when your charge is processed/confirmed.
- Check or Money Order payable to the International Code Council, C/O Winn’s CE, 750 E US Hwy 80, STE 200-671, Forney, TX 75126 (reservation confirmed when payment received).
A $35 fee will be assessed on any returned checks.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend a course for which you are registered, please Contact Us immediately.
Course registrations are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future registration if we receive your cancellation in advance. If your cancellation is the result of a hardship, please contact us to arrange a mutually appropriate resolution.
Course registrations which are not prepaid are considered “stand-by” until payment is received. They will not ensure the minimum registrations are received to confirm the course and they are subject to cancellation in order to accommodate pre-paid clients if the course reaches capacity.
The details for each course include the minimum number of students required to confirm the class. In the unlikely event that a scheduled course does not receive enough registrations to be confirmed, we will contact you as soon as practical with any available options to replace your selected course.
No Warranties or Liabilities
The information on this site and in Winn’s CE courses are believed to be accurate and current when published or delivered. However, all warranties and liabilities are hereby disclaimed. Furthermore, nothing on this site or in Winn’s CE courses should be taken as legal, tax, professional, or financial advice. Privacy & Personal Information
We respect your privacy. No information collected on this site will be sold or disclosed to any unrelated third parties (except as required by law). By registering on our site, placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or providing your contact information via other means, you grant us permission to call, text, mail or email you with reminder notices as well as information related to our products & services. You confirm that the contact information provided is accurate and we will not be intruding on someone else’s privacy by attempting to contacting you. New accounts on our site include registration in our email marketing lists. Clients may limit the lists/topics they wish to receive or unsubscribe at any time.
SMS Marketing Policy
We collect names and phone numbers when voluntarily provided during transactions, inquiries, or completion of forms on our website. We use SMS via phone numbers primarily to remind our clients of upcoming courses for which they are registered, or to provide information and/or confirmations specifically requested to be sent via text. We do not use SMS for marketing purposes, nor do we sell or disclose your contact information outside the ICC family of solutions. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages by texting Stop, Quit, or Cancel at anytime (and we will cease any future SMS messages). Course Meals
For continuing education courses open to the public, we arrange for a light meal (sandwiches, BBQ, perhaps pizza as a last resort). If you have any special dietary needs, please bring your own simple meal solution that does not require heating or processing. Because Winn’s CE purchases these meals from independent food service providers, we are not responsible for any issues arising from them.
COVID-19 & Other Health Concerns
We encourage our clients and staff to determine the appropriateness of attending a live course based on their unique situation. We seek to follow consensus guidelines regarding social distancing and related precautions in our live courses, but it is ultimately the responsibility of each individual to determine and act upon the risk posed by attending a course in a public setting with other people. When allowed by regulations, we periodically offer online and correspondence course options to complete licensing requirements as lower cost alternatives to attending a live course.
